Welcome to Falcon Point Roofing. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of all roofing and related services (“Services”) provided by Falcon Point Roofing (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to the customer (“Client”, “you” or “your”). By hiring us or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Falcon Point Roofing offers residential and commercial roofing solutions including inspections, repairs, replacements, and maintenance. The exact scope of work will be defined in the individual project proposal or contract signed by the Client.

Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

2. Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates provided are based on current material and labor costs and are valid for [30] days unless otherwise stated.
• If unforeseen conditions arise (e.g., hidden damage, code upgrades), Falcon Point Roofing reserves the right to submit a change order to reflect necessary adjustments.
• Pricing does not include permit fees, taxes, or inspections unless expressly stated.

3. Payments

• Payments are due as outlined in your contract. Typical payment structure may include a deposit, progress payments, and a final payment upon completion.
• Late payments may incur interest charges of [1.5%] per month or the maximum amount allowed by law.
• Falcon Point Roofing reserves the right to suspend work in case of non-payment.

4. Warranties

• Falcon Point Roofing offers a limited labor warranty on workmanship for a period of [2 years] from project completion.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials as per manufacturer terms.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by weather events, natural disasters, improper maintenance, or modifications by third parties.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The Client shall provide reasonable access to the property and utilities required to perform the work.
• The Client is responsible for securing pets, valuables, and notifying neighbors if necessary.
• Delays caused by the Client may result in additional charges.

6. Safety and Property Protection

• Falcon Point Roofing takes reasonable precautions to protect the Client’s property during the project.
• However, minor yard or landscape disturbances may occur and are considered incidental to roofing work.
• Falcon Point Roofing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to the roofing project.

7. Insurance and Liability

• Falcon Point Roofing maintains general liability and workers’ compensation insurance as required by law.
• The Client is advised to maintain adequate property insurance.
• Except where prohibited by law, Falcon Point Roofing’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party breaches material terms of the contract and fails to cure within [10] business days of receiving notice.

If the Client terminates without cause after work has begun, Falcon Point Roofing is entitled to payment for work completed and materials purchased.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of State of Texas.

10. Force Majeure

Falcon Point Roofing shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, labor strikes, supply shortages, or governmental orders.
